Billing policy

General

This agreement is entered into between Gappstack Limited, hereafter referred to as "Gappstack," "We," "Us," and so forth, and the user of any Funnelr system/software, hereafter referred to as the "Client," "You," and so forth.

  • You agree to comply with this billing policy.
  • You acknowledge and agree that Gappstack may amend this billing policy at any time, and such amendments are effective as of the date of reposting.
  • This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Subscriptions

All accounts are setup on a prepaid, month to month basis. Your elected subscription is automatically invoiced and charged to the credit/debit card you have on file, and will remain in place until you cancel your account, upgrade/downgrade your subscription, or fail to settle any outstanding fees levied against your account.

  • As payments are made in advance, for billing purposes any upgrade/downgrade of your subscription will be effective from the start of your next billing cycle.
  • In the event of non-payment, access to any products and/or services will be limited until all fees are settled. If all outstanding debt is not settled after a period of 30 days, Gappstack may forcibly terminate your account (see Cancellation and Termination). Any client chargebacks or unauthorized refunds on a billing dispute will be considered as non-payment.

Billing Periods

  • Your billing period will begin from the date you sign up to use the Funnelr system.
  • Your preferred date of billing may be changed at your election. If your preferred date is changed, you will be charged on a pro-rata basis on the date your next bill would otherwise have been due (from which point monthly fees will be collected on your preferred date).

Fees

Fees are charged in accordance to your elected subscription, which contain monthly fixed and variable charges. These fees will be updated from time to time.

  • Gappstack will charge applicable fees to the credit card account that you used to sign-up for its services, as well as any credit card that you later authorize for payment. Your credit card(s) will be charged for all applicable fees until the services are terminated, and all outstanding fees have been paid. You are required to keep a valid credit/debit card on file, so that all outstanding fees can be collected in a timely manner. 
  • Unless otherwise indicated, all fees and other charges are in U.S. dollars, and all payments shall be in U.S. currency.
  • Fees will appear on an invoice, which will be accessible through your Funnelr system.

Cancellation and Termination

If you wish to cancel your subscription to our services you need to a submit a support ticket through your Funnelr website, at least 72-hours prior to your next billing date, informing us of your desire to terminate your account. Once we have received your request, your account will be terminated immediately.

Upon termination of your account by either party for any reason:

  • Gappstack will cease providing you with services, and you will no longer be able to access your account.
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds of any fees.
  • Any outstanding balance owed to Gappstack will immediately become due and payable in full.
  • Your store website will be taken offline, and will be permanently deleted with immediate effect.

Service and Price Modifications

  • Prices for using Funnelr are subject to change upon 90 days notice from Gappstack.
  • Gappstack shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the services.
